Review of the Night at the Museum trilogy- by Kelsey Taylor:

Hello, Kelsey Taylor here. Welcome to another movie review or the summer review trilogy that I’ve been interested in interviewing for a little while now, even ever since I just recently saw the third film. Today, I’m going to be talking about the Night Museum trilogy. These are kind of like the movies I grew up with, like the first one particular. And this is the cover from my mother. Got this from Kmart years ago. See, it’s one of those. I hope you can see the whole thing, the. Does this it’s it’s very cool and the first movie is really awesome, I’m sure all of you have probably seen it by now or know about this one. Ben Stiller plays the security guard who has to look over the exhibits all night. But we didn’t realize is that all the come to life after dark, like once the sun goes down, they come to life. And it’s it’s a really, really awesome movie. I remember seeing this in theaters like two times like one for my birthday. And one time I was originally going to go skiing for the first time. And then this is like during the winter where it was really warm for so many weeks in January, December. I remember that it snowed until, like, I don’t know, February and then on Valentine’s Day that we had that big snowstorm. So I’ve always remember that. But yeah, the first night is a great film. I’ve always loved it growing up. The second one, which a lot of people didn’t care for, but I actually liked it. Well, it’s not as good as the first movie, of course, but I think I think it’s so good. Ben Stiller now has to make sure I remember what happens in this light, the tablet gets stolen or something, and he has to go to Sony and to get it back or something like like it’s kind of hard to explain. But, yeah, I really think this fine, I thought had a lot of scenes. And yes, that’s all I have to say. I just like the second one is actually like, oh my. It’s like the first one was my first favorite, this was my second favorite. Now, the third film, I think I have a full time to say on this one, this is like they said, this is going to be the final night you see a movie. And I really hope they keep it this way, because if they ever make like a fourth one or another string of direct video sequels, restricted TV sequels, like they’re not going to have the original cast to come back, they’re gonna have to have somebody else and be the same thing all over again, this time in a different museum. On the third one on the tablet that brings the exhibits to life is like deteriorating. If Ben Stiller doesn’t get it fixed to deteriorate completely and all the exhibits will not come to life anymore, practically die. So he has to go to to museum over London to figure this out. And like this film, like, I don’t know about any of you who let me know if you got this, like, felt this way. Like I got very emotional watching this movie. And it really happens with me in films that I get really very emotionally like on these films like Cry like Real Hard. This was one of them I like something about. It was just like so sad. Like it’s not a depressing movie or anything. I guess it reminds me how much I liked the first movie in the first place and how that said that is now the last one. There’s always going to be more like this is the end. And without spoiling anything, there was this one scene where I was like literally crying. I was like, like you, you should see me. I was like bawling my eyes out. I was like, oh, my God. And, you know, like like like like this movie’s OK. It’s actually my least favorite of the series, but it’s not bad. It’s worth watching, though. But like I said, if you if you love the nine movies, you’re really going to get emotional watching this, especially seeing Rhomboids that, you know, he died like months before the film’s release. It’s real sad to watch now knowing what you did and stuff that that that was that was another reason why you got so emotional. And I would say the original this is a security guards, the screeners in the first one played by Dick Van Dyke, the late Mickey Rooney, and I don’t know his name, they make a cameo on this one. So at least you get to see Mickey Rooney one last time and. What, like Rhomboids one and knowing that the this is the end of the series is very emotional, but like like like like I said, it’s a good movie to expect to be a great film or anything, but. Yeah, yeah. Like check out the trilogy. I haven’t seen it and it’s really, really good grades. Trilogy third film ended up on the depressing mark, but yeah, definitely check these films out and that’s all I have to say on the night museum film. So thanks for watching and I’ll catch you guys next time. See you later.
